I am so excited for camp that last night i slept in my tree house and pretended that it was my cabin at camp and i slept there until the morning then i went inside to have breakfast.Then i brushed my teeth and i got tooth paste on my t shirt.I am so excited to go and it is only 2 more weeks until we go and to night i am going to sleep in my tree house again.See you at camp!...

On  Wednesday the year 5/6 went to Millennium

to do water safety when we got on the bus our journy had begun we were so exsited we could not stop yapping about it when we got there we lined up in two lines when  we got in we could smell the delious subway when we got in to the changing rooms we put our togs  on and then we waited for room six to come out of the swimming pool it took them 5 min to  get out but it felt like a year to me before we got in the pool Julie and Diana gave us a life jacket and we put it on then we did the three checks the first one was two clicks the second one was fingers and the the therd one was try to pull your life jacket over your ears.After Julie made sure that our life jackets were tight enough. Then we made our way sensibly  in to the pool well i was sensible after i jumped in the air like i was a crazy person trying to fly and in the swimming pool i went.After we did the three strokes doggy paddle cross arm lying on your back.Then we  went on the raft then we got in groups to go on the raft then we got in the raft Diana told us after we all got in the water we must do a huddle after we lifted each other  back into the boat  then we got out of the boat and said thank you to Diana and Julie. Then we got changed when every one was done we went outside and got on to the bus that was the best time at Millennium ever.

 

What I did for the first 4 weeks back at PinehillSschool

This year we have been learning first aid the man who taught us CPR,what to do if someone is unconscious,or what to do if someone gets cut very badly.

We got into groups of 4 to do CPR the first thing i did was check for Danger,then i checked for any Response,after i called for help,then i checked his airway.

My favorite thing was CPR.
